West of England Works is a formal support programme that is designed to empower you to overcome your personal barriers that make it hard for you to reach your employment or training goals. We offer up to 6 months of personalised support via one to one telephone based sessions and online groups and tutorials.

A 6 week block of mindfulness sessions to help manage stress and anxiety. Taster session on April 30th 2020, 6 week block starts on May 7th 2020!
