We are looking for someone passionate about enabling individuals to get closer to the work place. The purpose of the role is to support participants of the West of England Works programme by guiding them toward positive progressions into employment, education or training.
By working proactively and creatively, you will model an innovative and individualised journey for each participant in your case load to help remove a diverse range of barriers. This work will include liaising and linking up with support services in the area.

Salary: £25,173 pro rata
Hours: Negotiable. 15 hours per week minimum. Up to 30 hours per week considered.
Contract type: Fixed term until 31st December 2021, possible extension.
