We are looking for 3 individuals who are proactive and passionate about people’s health and wellbeing.
Working closely with Job Centres, you will provide confidential 1:1 psychosocial support (social prescribing holistic) for individuals whose mental health struggles are a barrier to employment – managing your own case load and working to clear targets.
The hours are 22.5hrs/week, to be worked flexibly. Each mentor will be based in each Bristol locality (North/West, Central/East, South).
Hours: 22.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly.
Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 FTE (depending on experience).
Contract: Fixed term contract for 8 months.
